Blender 4.3 API update #8

Sidenote: some area could be improved by using more lowlevel API. But in 4.4 and future version there will probably be improvement in the API.
Like getter-setter on attributes using high level frame/stroke objects, so it's best to wait a few version to tackle performances, which are generally not an issue with the addon tools

Main Port to GPv3 is considered done. This is done in `main` Blender 4.2- version exists in branch `gpv2` Though there are probably things to fix when animators start tinkering with it, the main features are ready to use with Blender 4.3+ > Sidenote: some area could be improved by using more lowlevel API.
