Description

Add a button to open shot folder, based on where active shot strip is pointing according to video output template path.

Can use same button as issue #2 (open media folder).
Changing operator according to context (if a shot strip is selected instead of a video strip)

Christophe made a button in Vse Toolbox menu > Open Shot Folder
Related to issue http://192.168.75.224:3001/autour_de_minuit/vse_toolbox/issues/2 i will maybe make a small change to use the context and open the strip template (shot, sequence...) or the media source
