  GP toolbox, version compatible only with Blender 4.2 and below

  Backported from gpv3 version:

  • fix cursor follow
  • improve object visibility conflict checker:
  • File checker does not fix directly when clicked anymore:
    • List potential change and display an Apply Fix
  • Enhanced visibility conflict list:
    • Also include viewlayer hide value into conflict list
    • Allow to set all hide value in scene objects from the state of one of the three

  Note: Old visibility conflict check is still available on search menu under label List Render And Viewport visibility conflict
  (if Developper Extra is toggled on in preferences > interface to allow search of unexposed operator)
